Subtitled “Strength in Numbers,” the 111-page magazine-style guide lists approved recipients for the 2009-12 quadrennium and contains information on mission support. The Advance represents "second-mile" mission giving, the "first mile" being mission support included in World Service apportionments to congregations. Your “second-mile giving” to the Advance enables these missionaries and others to fulfill their different ministries and spread the good news of Jesus Christ.
