The World Service Fund is one of seven apportionments of The United Methodist Church. It is apportioned among the 63 annual conferences in the United States. As of April 30, 2012, the most recent financial data available, the World Service Fund had received $13,835,341. This represents 17.44% of our goal amount of $79,352,959 for 2012.
In 2011, $71,851,659 was remitted, 2010, $70,853,065 was remitted, in 2009, $69,236,797 was remitted and in 2008, $73,508,136.
The United Methodist Church is grateful to those annual conferences that faithfully remit their World Service Fund apportionment at 100 percent.
