Peace with Justice Sunday is one of the six churchwide Special Sundays with offerings of The United Methodist Church. Each church is encouraged to celebrate the Special Sundays. As of May 31, 2008, the most recent financial data available, the Peace with Justice Sunday offering had received $16,227. In 2007, $301,357 was given to the Peace with Justice Sunday offering. In 2006, $306,905 was remitted to the Peace with Justice Sunday offering. $247,173 was remitted in 2005.
